Orders & Preorders

How do preorders work?
When you preorder, you’re reserving your item before it’s officially released. You’ll pay in full at checkout, and we’ll ship your order as soon as production is complete. Estimated dispatch dates are always listed on the product page.

Can I cancel my preorder?
Because preorders are made-to-order, cancellations aren’t possible once you’ve placed your order. The only exception is if production is delayed by more than 30 days.

When will my preorder ship?
We list estimated dispatch dates on each preorder product. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
Everywhere. We’re based in Australia but ship worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

  • Australia: Standard 3–7 business days, Express 1–3 business days

  • International: Usually 7–14 business days, depending on your location
    You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
International customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.

Sizing & Products

How do I know what size to order?
Check our [Size Guide] — we’ve listed measurements and tips for both adults and kids. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort (or that oversized vibe).

Are your hoodies and tees unisex?
Yep. They’re made with a relaxed fit that works for everyone.

Will you be releasing more colours/styles?
Yes — Obsesd. runs in limited drops. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Make sure you’re on our mailing list or Instagram (@theobsesd) to catch new releases.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
We don’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size, so please check the size guide carefully.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email us at helloobsesd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort you out with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
