Preorder & Cancellation Policy

Preorder Policy

At Obsesd., some of our products are offered on a preorder basis. This allows you to secure limited pieces before they officially drop and ensures we only produce what people actually want (less waste, more intentional).

How it works:

  • When you place a preorder, you’re reserving an item that is not yet ready to ship.

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page — please note these are estimates and may shift slightly due to production or shipping delays.

  • You will be charged in full at the time of placing your preorder.

  • As soon as your preorder is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.


Cancellation Policy

Because preorders are made-to-order and contribute directly to our production runs, we cannot offer cancellations once your order is placed. This ensures fairness for all customers and helps us avoid overproduction.

Exceptions:

  • If there is a significant production delay (beyond 30 days of the estimated dispatch), you may request a full refund.

  • If the item arrives damaged or faulty, our standard Returns Policy applies (replacement or refund).

  • Please double-check sizing and colour choices before confirming your preorder.

  • Shipping times are estimates — we’ll always communicate if things shift.
