Change of Mind

• As our products are often made-to-order or limited release, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or colour choice. Please choose carefully and check sizing guides before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

• We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Start a Return
